Our initial consultation will include a comprehensive evaluation of your concerns, past medical history and current symptoms. We do require intake forms to be filled out prior to your initial visit in order to best address your needs. Lab work will mostly likely be ordered at this appointment, which will be an additional charge.

**We do require an initial $50 deposit to book this appointment. Non-refundable and will be credited towards the initial consultation fee. 

Your follow up visit is where we will review your initial lab work and formulate a plan of care. You will have the opportunity to establish a membership at this time.  If you chose to proceed with a Thrive Wellness Studio Membership, the cost of your initial follow up visit will be credited toward your first month's m
